Objective:To search the immune-mechanism of Graves disease and study the effect of CD4+CD25+CD127-T cells in the disease by observing the Changes of CD4+CD25+CD127- regulatory T cells population.Method : flow cytometry is used to detect the portion of CD4+CD25+CD127-T cells of CD4+ T cells in 33 Graves disease patients (GD group) and 30 healthy adult(control group).Result: the percentages of CD4+CD25+CD127-T cells in Graves disease patients and in control group is (4.89±1.09)% and(2.13±1.25)%.there is statistical significant between the two group(p=0.00).Conclusion: the reduction of CD4+CD25+CD127-T cell in GD group suggests that damage of immune suppression and immune tolerance may play an essential role in Graves disease. CD4+CD25+CD127- may be the specific marker of regulatory T cells and the detection is simple. it may be the new marker for detecting regulatory T cells。...
