Through B-ultrasound and CT imaging,16 cases were preoperative diagnosised as bilateral renal AML, except 1 case gave up treatment, the remaining 15 cases recepted operations and the postoperative pathologic diagnosis were all the same as the preoperative diagnosis. Other 3 cases were finally diagnosised as renal AML by pathologic diagnosis after operation, while were thought as bilateral renal carcinoma before operation.18 cases with surgical treatment, including 12 cases with unilateral surgery, 6 cases with bilateral surgery.16 renals with tumor enucleation and 8 renals with nephrectomy. After surgery patients'back ache etc disappeared.1 case' tumor recurrenced after surgery, the tumors that without operation were no grow. Other cases in good general conditions and renal function are normal. Conclusion:The clinical manifestations of renal AML have no specificity. B-ultrasound and CT imaging have important diagnostic value. Nephron sparing surgery is the best treatment for renal AML.
