Immunohistochemistry may improve accuracy. It is widely acceptead that the ultrasonography,in combination of computerized tomography and magnetic resonance imaging is the best method for diagnosing renal angiomyolipoma. Active surgical treatment should be considered to the RAML larger than 4cm or symptomatic RAML smaller than 4cm which has been diagnosed. The operative management should preserve the functional nephronas as much as possible. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Renal angiomyolipoma, Surgical operation, Computerized tomography, Magnetic resonance imaging, Ultrasonography | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
