Literature Research On Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome In Children

Objective:Generally analyze the documents of Chinese children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) in 2009, in order to gain a better understanding of the latest developments and improvements in related fields, furthermore, to provide a guidance for our future work via the findings of shortage.Method:Search academic references about children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) from January to December in 2009 by computer, exclude summary of reference, journals review, case reports, choose the thesis on study,then to find the original,research contents, research methods, specialized and regional distribution of research orgnizations one by one,so as to do inductive analysis.Result:1 From January to December in 2009, there were many research articles were published in journals on children OSAHS in mainland China,thesis accuont for the largest share with a total number of 81,other 7 articles including summary,expert anlysis,case report.2 All 31 provincial-level administrative regions in China have published research papers related to OSAHS in 2009, and Guangdong, Shandong, Yunnan, Henan, Hebei have more research papers than other areas.3,The authors were mainly come from the profession of ENT, pediatric medicine, anesthesia, accout for nealy 88.75%. Departments of Stomatology, Chinese medicine were also has been analyzed and summarized the diagnosis, treatment on children OSAHS.4,the articles on children OSAHS published in chinese journals in 2009 English mainly from the University Hospitals and the municipal hospitals, accounted for 75.31%, other levels resarch orgnization,such as county-level hospitals, orgnization affiliated hospitals, military hospitals, etc. a total account of 24.69%.5 the resarch content of children OSAHS in 2009 were rich, including: epidemiology, pathogenesis and etiology, diagnosis and clinical assessment of disease severity, treatment research, and factors could induce the complications and damagment on target organ and so on.conclusion1,Current levels of diagnosis and treatment of children OSAHS in our country were different in terms of region; central and western regions were weak, but overall level of diagnosis and treatment of children OSAHS is rapidly improving.2, at present,the research on the pathogenesis of OSAHS is still weak.3, epidemiological studies have get a lot of results, but still without clear guidance.4 the diagnostic criteria for children OSAHS continually improved, the research on the diagnostic criteria is meaningful, different diagnostic methods are emerging.5, the treatment of OSAHS in children showed an overwhelming situation, the research on the other orientation, not including surgical treatment, was too little, the ong-term observation after operation was less, and still have different opinions on the surgical indication.
