High blood sugar and diabetes is a disease which cause by the shortage of insulin. This disease gives the harm to society. now, there are three kinds of drugs on market.1 chemical drugs 2 insulin 3 traditional chinese medicine. But most of the chemical drugs have a lot of problems:the effect can't last long; drugs have many side effects and high drug dependency, limited in curing effects and so on. There are many records about Hypoglycemic Chinese traditional medicines in medical books in our country. they are rich in resources and low in side effects.Modern researches indicate that the morus alba,mulberry can help to cure high blood sugar. For the cost reason, from the determination of the active ingredients. We will take the morus alba as the experimental materials.The dissertation is constituted by following parts:(1)Try to establish a method for the determine a-glucosidase reeducates inhibitor activity in vitro by spectrophotomrty.(2) Selection active ones effect on the different part of morus alba and on the different reason.(3) A good method was established for morus alba establish a method by HPLC.(4)Testing these effective components with animal models with high blood sugar.Results are the followings:(1)A spectrophotomrty. method was established for the determinea-glucosidase reductase inhibitor activity in vitro.(2) we select the active part as experimental materials from morus alba.(3) A good method was established for morus alba extractions.and purification.
