Target 74 patients were suffering from female pelvic organ prolapsed in our hospital from October in 2008 to August in 2009, divided them into control group and experimental group. Results: The cases which followed CP, the average in hospital day from 12.29±3.34 to 9.70±1.71 days, the hospital expenses from15858±6404 to 12492±2829 RMB. Obviously before shortening the art hospitalized day, while the average hospitalized day also shortened. Reduce the general hospitalization expenses, western medicine expenses have without the obvious change. Raised the inpatient and dependents spend with satisfaction, make medical care the standardized, the scientifically and the programmed melt, improved the quality of medical care continuously.Conclusion: CP was the top medical treatment and nursing protocols according to pelvic floor reconstruction. We changed passive nursing care into active nursing care.
