Objective This paper discussed the effect and mechanism of different intensity tread mill exercise on weighted and nonweight bearing bone mass of the orchidectomized Rats.Methods Forty male Sprague Dawly rats aged at 12 weeks were divided into following groups:SHAM,ORX,three groups of individual exercise of different intensity:ORX+ EX1,ORX+ EX2 and ORX+ EX3.After running for 10 weeks,we kill them and choose proximal tibia metaphysis(PTM) and the 4th lumbar vertebral body(L4) to make bone slices without decalcification,meanwhile,to determinate diverse bone mass indexs and bone architecture indexs and bone metabolism of bone morphological metrology and make ANOVA.Results(1) The indexs of ORX to compare SHAM shows:bone mass downs(P<0.05),bone architecture to destroy(P<0.05),ossification to weaken(P<0.05),osteoclast to increase (P<0.05).(2) The indexs of ORX+EX1 and ORX+EX2 to compare ORX shows:bone mass to increase(P<0.05),bone architecture to improve(P<0.05),ossification to increase(P<0.05), osteoclast to weaken(P<0.05).(3) The indexs of ORX+ EX2 to compare ORX+EX1 shows: bone mass to increase(P<0.05),bone architecture to improve(P<0.05),ossification to increase(P<0.05).(4) The indexs of ORX+EX3 to compare ORX 1how:bone mass and bone architecture is not difference(P>0.05),but ossification and osteoclast to increase (P<0.05),bone metabolism to increase(P<0.05);the indexs of ORX+ EX3 to compare ORX+EX2 show:bone mass downs(P<0.05),bone architecture to destroy(P<0.05), osteoclast to increase(P<0.05).(5)The bone mass increment of PTM of ORX+EX2 is more than L4. Conclusion 1.the orchidectomized Rats will lose bone mass and bone's architecture.2. pertinence running exercise will increase bone mass and bone's architecture.3.running excess exercise will not maintain bone mass and bone's architecture.4.After pertinence running exercise the bone mass increment of weight-bearing bone is more than nonweight-bearing bone.
