| This paper discussed the protective and anti-movement fatigue effects of Ganoderma Lucidum supplementation on small mice muscle, liver oxidative stress and anti-oxidant defenses after exhaustive swimming exercise.Forty mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: resting group, exercise contrast group, exercise low dose group, exercise middle dose group and exercise high dose group. Taking dose Group was respectively administrated with Ganoderma Lucidum on 200,600,1200 mg/kg·d,resting and exercise contrast group mice were administrated with equal dose physiological saline, after taking two weeks, resting group mice were killed, four exercise groups were killed after exhausting on swimming, to measure the activities of serum GPT, GOT, CK, muscle and liver SOD, GSH-Px, concentration of MDA,liver index, weight, concentration of liver and Muscle glycogen.Result indicate, After exhausted exercise, three taking dose groups' weight,liver and muscle of glycogen were higher than contrast group, but not obvious (P>0.05);three taking dose groups' activities of serum GPT,GOT,CK, muscle and liver SOD, GSH-Px were higher than contrast groups, significantly obvious with middle dose group(P<0.01), Significant or significant obvious with low dose group(P<0.01or P<0.05), not obvious with low dose Group; three taking dose groups' liver index, exhausted time were higher than contrast group, significant or significant obvious with middle dose group (P<0.01or P<0.05),not obvious with low and high dose group(P>0.05).Ultimate conclusion, administration of Ganoderma Lucidum could effectively eliminate free radical of exhausted exercise, increased body anti-oxidant ability, relieve injury of muscle and liver cell, raising exercise ability and effect of anti-movement fatigue ,otherwise, administration of middle dose of Ganoderma Lucidum had best effect in respect of mice anti-oxidant injury and anti-movement fatigue, next the low dose and the high dose, illuminate existing relation of Quantity—Effect.
