【Objective】To investigate the relationship between TNF-α,IL-6 and the degree of coronary stenosis in coronary heart disease patients.【Methods】We collected 141 cases. The cases were divided into four groups.Treatment groups were divided three groups by the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Group A1 contained 36 patients of stable angina pectoris;group A2 contained 37 patients of stable angina pectoris with metabolism syndrome;group A3 contained 36 patients of acute coronary syndrome.Control group(group B) contained 32 healthy cases,we measured TNF-αand IL-6 in the upper serum obtained after centrifugation.By measuring the TNF-αand IL-6,we analyzed the relationship between TNF-α,IL-6 and coronary artery stenosis.【Results】1.Comparing control with treatment groups:IL-6,TNF-αof control group significantly increased as compared with control group(p<0.001).Comparison between the treatment groups:there is significant difference of IL-6 and TNF-αbetween group A1, group A2 and group A3.IL-6,TNF-αof group 4 significantly increased as compared with group A2 and group A1(p<0.001).2.Multivariate regression analysis showed that the circumference of buttock, fasting blood glucose,IL-6,TNF-αwere significantly related to coronary artery score(t=2.048~16.098,p=0.000~0.043).Group A1: Multivariate regression analysis showed that TNF-αwas significantly related to coronary artery score(Partial regression coefficient is 0.229,p<0.001).Group A2: Multivariate regression analysis showed that IL-6,TNF-αwere significantly related to coronary artery score(Partial regression coefficient is 0.187,p=0.001;0.119,p<0.001 respectively);Group A3:Multivariate regression analysis showed that IL-6,TNF-αwere significantly related to coronary artery score(Partial regression coefficient is 0.227, p=0.001;0.072,p=0.045 respectively).3.Pearson Univariate correlation analysis manifests that IL-6 was significantly associated with TNF-αin the treatment group(r=0.956,P<0.001).【Conclusion】1 Inflammatory markers of IL-6 and TNF-αsignificantly increased in coronary heart disease patients.IL-6 and TNF-αlevel is highest in acute coronary syndrome patients, suggesting that inflammatory reaction is most significant in acute coronary syndrome patients.2Coronary artery score and IL-6,TNF-αlevel was significantly positively correlated, suggesting that these two inflammatory markers and severity of coronary artery disease are closely related.3 IL-6 and TNF-αlevel is higher in the coronary heart disease patients with metabolic syndrome than without metabolic syndrome, suggesting that the inflammation may be more active in coronary heart disease patients with metabolic syndrom.4Inflammatory markers IL-6 and TNF-αare significantly correlated, suggesting that the two promote the role of the increased inflammatory response in patients in the inflammatory response too.
