This research can help use the resources of the tea and exploit the health food that lose weight,regulate blood lipid and antioxidant activity.Objective:Use the large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan as study material, to research the functions than lose weight,regulate blood lipid and antioxidant activity.(1)The best technology that prepare the tea infusion of the large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan.(2)The study of the large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan to lose weight(3)The effect of the large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan to regulate blood lipid;(4)To observe the antioxidant activity of the large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan.Method:(1)Using Orthogonal Test to study the technology that prepare the tea infusion of the large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan, to use the contents of the Tea Polyphenol as evaluation index and choose the best technology that prepare the tea infusion of the large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan.(2) The effect observation of health function of large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan:Build hyperlipemic SD rat model by giving male adult SD rats high fat diet for 45 days; according to weight and TC level, divide hyperlipemic SD rat model into positive control group, hyperlipemic control group, low dose group, medium dose group and high dose group by random stratified sampling method. Blank control group and hyperlipemic control group are given distilled water. Positive control group gives the Tea Polyphenol. The low dose group, medium dose group and high dose group give 0.5g/Kg.bw,1.0g/Kg.bw, and 2.0g/Kg.bw the large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan respectively. After 45 days intragastric administration, determine the body Weight and the fat weight of the rats.After building the hyperlipemic SD rat model, treat whit the large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan. After 30 and 45 days determine the TC, TG, HDL-C, Organ/Body Weight Ratio and liver histopathological indices. Judge the effect of the large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan to regulate blood lipid; Treat with the large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan and determine the SOD, MDA of the rats. To observe the antioxidant activity.Results:(1)Use water extract the tea infusion of the large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan that the best technology is extraction temperature:70℃, solid-liquid ratio: 1:35 extraction time:50min. (2)Build hyperlipemic SD rat model by giving male adult SD rats' high fat diet for 45 days; and treat with the large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan for 45 days.It was found that the high dose groups (2.0g/Kg.bw) can inhibit the weight increased and the contents of the rats'fat. Compared with the hyperlipemic control group, there were significant differences (P＜0.05);(3) After 45 days, compared with the hyperlipemic control group high dose group the level of the TG decreased, there were significant differences (P＜0.05);Compared with the hyperlipemic control group, positive control group, low dose group, medium dose group and high dose group the level of the TG decreased, there were significant differences (P＜0.01), Compared with the hyperlipemic control group, low dose group, medium dose group and high dose group the level of the HDL-C increased, there were significant differences (P＜0.05);(4)To determine the MDA, SOD of the rats that disorder of lipid metabolism, it was found that the large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan can clear the MDA of the rats that disorder of lipid metabolism.Conclusions:(1) The technology that prepare the tea infusion of the large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan can get the high Tea Polyphenol and it is similar with that people have the tea. It is simple, accurate and can use widely;(2)The high dose groups (2.0g/Kg.bw) can inhibit the weight increased of the rats;(3)The large leaf bowl tea of Yunnan can regulate blood lipid of the rats that disorder of lipid metabolism, and it has hypolipidemic effect on blood triglyceride level.(4) The high dose groups (2.0g/Kg.bw) can clear the MDA of the rats that disorder of lipid metabolism.
