Study On The Time-effect Treatment And Cure Of Craniocerebral War Injury

Due to the extensive use of the weapon with massive explosive capacity in the modern war, especially the hi-tech local war, a great change happens in the wounds courses and categories that become more complicated. Meanwhile, due to enhancement of proof capacity of the individual proof equipment (bulletproof jacket), the battle limb, chest and abdominal injury were dramatically decreased and the craniocerebral injury were increased which has become a severe challenge to the health service support. The brain is the nerve center of human body, and if injured, the respiratory and circulatory dysfunction would follow. The occurrence rates of suffocation, respiration cease and shock are higher than in the other case of war injury. Therefore, craniocerebral war injury are considered as the severe injury and affect seriously the combat capacity of soldiers. Thus, the special feature in anatomy of brains results in the seriousness of craniocerebral war injury and the importance of their time-effect treatment.However, the disadvantages such as over arrangement of echelons, repetition and lack of standardization in traditional treatment of craniocerebral war injury still remain. And the ignorance in particularity of craniocerebral war injury goes against the time-effect treatment of craniocerebral war injury, which fail to meet the requirement of information-based wars in the future.Therefore, to meet the requirement of health service support and improve the treatment of craniocerebral war injury so as to provide a theoretical evidence for a perfect guideline for the treatment of craniocerebral war injury in our army. Based on guideline of the Theory of Time-effect Treatment(TTET) and the treatment requirement, by analyzing statistically the data of medical service information in modern war, the law and feature, the time-effect treatment rule and the wounds category of craniocerebral war injury were studied intensively. By full using the latest research achievement in the military surgery and neurosurgery in our army and the advanced experience in war injuries treatment in foreign army, we put forward standardization of non-specialized treatment protocols, first-aid procedure, the time-effect standard and medical care mode in echelons in the treatment of craniocerebral war injury, which provided a scientific evidence for the treatment of craniocerebral war injury and evacuation and help perfect the manual and guideline for the treatment of craniocerebral war injury in our army.
