Post-adolescent acne was refered to adult acne whose age were over twenty-five.Many factors effected post-adolescent acne , such as increase in T content, lower in E2 ,sebaceous glands keratinization of hair follicle, sebum secretion strengthened, immunologic mechanism and so on. Post-adolescent acne effected patient feature so seriously that searching for effectively method to cure patient had practical sense.This research was based on the rational of TCM, combined mechanism of modern medicine on Post-adolescent acne, observed curative effect of TCM on Post-adolescent acne by animal experiment, and wished to afford theorical and experimental evidence for clinical curing.This thesis including two parts as following:Literature research : Based on the rational theory of TCM,reviewed the name,mechanism,treatments on acne;and summarized domestic and abroad latest clinlic and animal research on post-adolescent acne;combined professor academic opinion, researched mechanism and treatment on post-adolescent acne;and presumed hepatic and renal yin deficiency was the major factor, moist heat, sputum and deficiency were extra-appearance; emotional instability was the important motivation.Experimental research: Objective: Observed curative effect , approached mechanism on therapy of TCM, and provided some method for clinic treatment. Method: model mouse were divided into four groups and teated by different methods.Two weeks later, there were comparision among groups. Result: Testosterone,E2 and weight of prostate and seminal vesicle in every group had variability in statistic sense.Conclusion: there were good method to cure post-adolescent acne by TCM; the mechanism was considered to lowered content of T and improved content of E2 to accommodate balance in sex hormone.
