The Clinical Investigation On Treating Auxiliary Of Unstable Angina By Inhalling Yaoyang Liquid

Object:Observe the effect of inhalling YaoYang Liquid on symptom,ECG,myocardial oxygen consumption and total ischemia burden of the patients with Unstable Angina,evaluate the clinical curative effect of this method,and explore the potential function mechanism.Method:To investigate 60 patients with Unstable Angina diagnosed by coronary CTA or coronary angiography in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of XuZhou City which is the Afiliated Hospital of Nanjing TCM University.The 60 patients were divided into testing group and observing group with eaqual number.All the 60 patients were given basic treatment,but the testing group was treated with inhalling YaoYang liquid(the formula which is getted from the experience of Zhang PeiYing Professor is made in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of XuZhou City.and The number is Z04001477.) more.50 minutes per day,The period of treatment is 2 weeks.Compared the change of symptom,ECG,myocardial oxygen consumption and total ischemia burden before and after treatment.Reasults:The total effective rate of the treat group was 80.0%,and the control group was 76.7%with none significant difference(P＞0.05),althought the later's effective rate was higher than the former.There were significant difference in some indices such as TIB,HMIT,LMIT,VMIT,PRP and HRVmax in before and after treatments(P＜0.05).The safety indices also had no obviouse changes in before and after treatments.Inhalling YaoYang Liquid has marked helpful effect on Unstable Angina.It can reduce myocardial oxygen consumption and total ischemia burden noticeably.Conclusion:Clinical symptoms of the patients with Unstable Angina were treated by Inhalling YaoYang Liquid can improved markedly.Especially,in the respect of improving obvious ictal frequency,degree,continuous time etc.The effect of reducing myocardial oxygen consumption and total ischemia burden is remarkable.In addition,Inhalling YaoYang Liquid has function on protecting ischemic myocardium and improving the hypoxic endurance with myocardial cells,which can decrease the instant dangerous degree of myocardial ischemia event.
