Clinical Study About The Effect Of Xie Xin Capsule On Coronary Heart Disease With Fire-evil And Heat Stagnation In Heart(HXRJ)

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of xie xin(ⅩⅩ)capsule and effects on CRP and IL-6 of blood plasma on patients with HXRJ of coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:60 patients with(HXRJ) of coronary heart disease from March 2004 to December 2004 were selected and divided into two groups randomly(treatment group and western medicine control group),and treated withⅩⅩcapsule and Aspirin,Elantan respectively for four weeks.The curative effects on ECG,angina pectoris,Chinese medical syndromes,CRP,IL-6 in blood plasma were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 83.3%in the treatment group and 80.0%in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p＞0.05).The total effective rate of Chinese medical syndromes was 90.0%in the treatment and 66.7%in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).No significant difference was found in the improvement of ECG and angina pectoris between the two groups(p＞0.05).After four weeks,a significant decease of CRP and IL-6 was found in two groups(P＜0.05),with a significant difference between the two groups(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups on the condition of rescue medication after treament.(P＜0.05).Conclusion:ⅩⅩcapsule is a effective prescription to the patient with HXRJ of the CHD...
