Clinical Study Of GengNianAnShen Capsule Treatment Of Menopause Syndrome

Objective:To explore the mechanism of GengNianAnShen Capsule on MPS of asthenia both yin and yang, and put forward a confirmative treatment method according tothis study results.Methods:60MPS patients were devided into the treatment group and the control group at random. The treatment group were mainly treated with GengNianAnShen Capsule and the controls were treated with GenNianLing Capsule, systematic observation of its treatment of MPS and the serum hormone levels (E2、 FSH、 LH), before and after the treatment, is for the purpose of seeking for a curative effect affirmative new treatment side medicine.Results:The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was93.3%and73.3%respectively. The results of the treatment group were not better than those of the control group (P>0.05). GengNianAnShen Capsule can raise the content of serum E2, lowering the content of serum FSH, and that was better than the GenNianLing capsule (P<0.05)Conclusions:Therefore it is assumed that the therapy of GengNianAnShen Capsule might be a good approach in treating MPS, and may be superior to GenNianLing Capsule. GengNianAnShen Capsule can improve the level of estrogen and blood lipid and canalso reduce coronary heart disease risk.
