Clinical Research Of Compond Salviae Militiorrhizae Injection And Ulinastatin For Acute Pancreatitis

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect and the mechanism of acute pancreatitis(AP)by the treatment of combined compound Salvine Miltiorrhizae injection and Ulinastain.Methods:60 patients with AP were divided randomly into the trial group which was treated with combined compound Salvine Miltiorrhizae injection and Ulinastain and the controlled group which was treated with Ulinastain.The changes of patient's clinical symptoms were obversed,the amylase activity,and Interleukin-1(IL-1),Tumor Necrosis Factor(TNF-α),C- Reaction Protein(CRP) were tested by biochemistry and enzyme linked immuaoabsorbent assay(ELISA).Results:The average clinical symptoms relief times of trial group significant shorter than that of controlled group(P＜0.05),the cure rate (73.33%),the effectiveness(93.33%) of trial group was significantly higher than that(50.00%,73.67%)of controlled group(P＜0.05) too.there were obvious difference between the two group(P＜0.05),and the mortality and morbidity of complication of the trial group were obvious decreased;Interleukin-1(IL-1),Tumor Necrosis Factor(TNF-α),C-Reaction Protein(CRP) were decreased each time point in trial group as compared with controlled group.Conclusions:By the treatment of combined compound Salvine Miltiorrhizae injection and Ulinastain,AP patient's clinical symptoms were obvious relieved,the crue rate were enhanced,the mortality and morbidity of complication were taken down,and it can do help to ease pancreatic tissue damage by cytokines,improve pancreatic microcirculation and help the AP treatment in the early period.
