Objective:To find the law that acupuncture cures hyperlipemia,it observes the hyperlipemia(HLP) patient's total cholesterol(TC),three esters glycerine (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c) and blood rheology after being cured by acupuncture and XueZiKang.Method:A 4-week randomized control parallel observational study, Sixty-two patients with hyperlipemia were divided into three groups at random:the main and join xues group, the main Xues, and control group and observed The changes of TC,TG,HDL-c and LDL -c and the blood rheology.Result:(1) the main and join xues group can effectively reduce total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and three ester glycerine and elevate the high density lipoprotein cholesterol.(2) the main and join xues group has a significanter efficacy in improve the hemorheology than the maim xues group and has a similar effect as XueZiKang.Conclusion:1.the main and join xues can effectively reduce total cholesterol of serum, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and three ester standards glycerine, elevate the high density lipoprotein cholesterol.Point out the main and join xues all possesses the good adjustment effect to the metabolize of blood lipid.2.the main and join xue group showed efficacy to decrease significanty total cholesterol.3.the main and join xues group can effectively improve the hemorheology and has a a similar effect as XueZiKang.4.three sets of comparisons, the main and join xues group and the control group effect serve as most excellent(ly).the main and join xues and the control group have no significance.
