Objective:To illuminate the relationship between COX-2,HER-2 and lymphangiogenesis of human invasive ductual breast cancer,we examine expression of COX-2 and HER-2 in human invasive ductual breast cancer tissue,breast fibroadenoma tissue and breast mastopathy tissue.Methods:40 cases definitely diagnosed as invasive ductual breast cancer(including 20 cases with axillary lymphatic metastasis and 20 cases without axillary lymphatic metastasis),and 20 cases as fibroadenoma were collected.Expression of COX-2,HER-2 and D2-40 were examined by immunohistochemistry staining.Relationship between COX-2 and HER-2 was analysed as well as relationship between those tumor markers and lymphangiogenesis of invasive ductual breast cancer.Results:1.COX-2 and HER-2 expressions in invasive ductual breast cancer were significantly higher than those in mastopathy and fibroadenoma tissue(P<0.05);2.In invasive ductual breast cancer tissue, COX-2 and HER-2 expressions in group with axillary lymph node metastasis were higher than that in group without axillary lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);3.In breast tissue,COX-2 was positively correlated with HER-2 expression(P<0.05);4.LMVD in invasive ductual breast cancer were significantly higher than those in mastopathy and fibroadenoma tissue(P<0.05);5.In invasive ductual breast cancer tissue, LMVD of the COX-2 positive group was higher than that of the COX-2 negative group(P<0.05);6.In invasive ductual breast cancer tissue, LMVD of the HER-2 positive group was higher than that of the HER-2 negative group(P<0.05)。Conclusion:HER-2 and COX-2 are closely related to lymphangiogenesis in invasive ductual breast cancer,suggesting that the inhibitors of COX-2 and HER-2 are important effective in treating lymphangiogenesis and axillary lymphatic metastasis of invasive ductual breast cancer。...
