Objective Assess preoperative anxiety status in living kidney donor, and discuss the related influencing factors,to provide theorical evidence for donor psychological nursing, and increase surgery effect and promote the cure of donor. Methods 106 donors from 4 hospitals that have been approved to do kidney transplantation in Hunan province were recruited by randomized sampling to complete the questionnaire before operation,100 effective records were obtained. The basic information,State Trait Anxiety Inventory(STAI),Social Supporting Scale(SSRS),and Eysenck's Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) were used in the survey.According to the results,we discuss anxiety's risk correlative factors.Descriptive analysis,T Test, analysis of variance,Spearman correlation analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression were performed by the Statistical Package for Social Science(SPSS)13.0.Results 1.The average score of 100 donors is 52.24±10.048.49 of them fit the anxiety's assessment standard, the average score is 60.24±5.765;non-anxiety is 51,and score is 44.55±6.700.Anxiety rate is 49%.Mean state anxiety score of donor are higher than that of ordinary abdominal preoperative patients(P<0.01),anxiety rate has no significant difference(P>0.05)2.In the relationship between donor's basic information and each score, there are a significant difference between sex, age, occupation, years of schooling,donor-receiver relationship, economical status, medical payment style and EPQ-N(P<0.05).Other factors have no significant difference(P>0.05)3.In the correlation analysis between state anxious and each factor, there is a positive associated of state anxious with age(r=0.434),score of anxiety about operation itself(r=0.448),about receiver's operation failure(r=0.665),medical expense(r=0.595),trait anxious(r=0.614), EPQ-N(r=0.508),EPQ-P(r=0.189);An negative associated of state anxious with occupation(r=-0.420),years of schooling(r=-0.463), donor-receiver relationship(r=-0.392),economical status(r=-0.475), medical payment style(r=-0.416),social objective support(r= -0.240),subjective support(r=-0.293),degree of use in support(r= -0.489),total social support(r=-0.426),EPQ-E(r=-0.476),EPQ-L (r=-0.313).4.The preoperative anxiety's related influencing factors of donor are score of anxiety about receiver's operation failure(b'=0.323),trait anxious(b'=0.283),degree of use in support(b'=0.120),anxiety about operation itself(b'=0.258),medical expense(b'=0.253),marital status(b'=-0.130).Conclusion 1.The rate and mean state anxiety score of donor are higher than that of other ordinary abdominal preoperative patients.2.The preoperative anxiety's related influencing factors of donor are score of anxiety about receiver's operation failure, trait anxious, degree of use in support, anxiety about operation itself, medical expense, marital status.3.Identifying the factors can help us make intervention measures for clinical nursing, and effectively reduce donor's anxiety level, increase surgery effect and promote the cure of donor.
