Objective: (1) To understanding the Stroop interfere effect of interference of sex, age and education on the differences through the normal crowd control. (2) Through the simple frontal, temporal lobe and the parietal lobe stock patients to understand the Stroop test may be the main function of the region.Methods: Explore the use of the Chinese version of STROOP test and mini-mental scale, data-processing software used according to package spss13.0 analysis and processing, using t tests, analysis of variance (ANOVA) or MANOVA, usedα=0.05, p<0.05.Results: Normal Stroop test results in accordance with the gender in the division, p>0.05, in accordance with the age-level groupings, p<0.05, division in accordance with the level of education, p<0.05. Stroke patients grouped in accordance with the damage around the hemisphere, p>0.05, In accordance with the damage to the frontal lobe, temporal lobe and parietal lobe, p<0.05.Conclusions: Interfere with the normal crowd the Stroop test of the emergence of the existence of age and education differences, gender differences do not exist. Effect of the Stroop test is not about the emergence of hemispheric differences, but the existence of functions of the differences in the frontal lobe, temporal lobe and parietal lobe, the frontal impact may be greater,but the frontal lobe is not only brain area effect the Stroop test.
