Objective:Using different laser peripheral iridotomy in hare's eye,to observe influence of protomerite and intraocular pressure in hare's eye .Chooses the more reasonable and effective laser peripheral iridotomy to provide experimental evidence for the clinical cure earlier period angle-closure glaucomaMethods: 1,32 (62 eyes) healthy pigment rabbits were randomly divided into A, B, C, D 4 groups, Experimental group of A, B, C, D group is 8 (16 eyes), A group simple Q switch Nd:YAG laser iridotomy (YAG laser group);B Group frequency YAG laser and Nd:YAG laser iridotomy (combined laser group), C group frequency-doubled YAG laser photocoagulation (frequency- doubled laser group), D group control group,2,With slit lamp, contact tonometer, non-contact corneal endothelium lens, UBM, observe experimental group and control group rabbit's eye protomerite, intraocular pressure, corneal endothelium, iris holes, axial anterior chamber depth, anterior chamber angle etc. using light microscopy and scanning electron microscope to observe.Result: 1,Iris hole:Iris hole of A group was gradually narrowing,; the diameter of iris hole was significant difference (P< 0.05) at different time points, Iris hole of B group was not obvious narrow , the diameter of iris hole was no significant difference (P> 0.05) at different time points. A group and B group at the same time ,the diameter of iris hole was significant difference (P< 0.05).2,Intraocular pressure: At laser immediately, 1 / 2 hours , intraocular pressure of A group and B group was heighten, Compared with the laser before was significant difference (P <0.05), Intraocular pressure of group was no heighten. , 3 hours later intraocular pressure of every group was no significant change。3,The experimental group and control group at different time points ,The axis depth of anterior chamber,the angle of anterior chamber,the corneal endothelial cell density are no significant difference (P> 0.05). 4,histopathologic examination:A group:7 days after laser at hole edge there is a little connective tissue proliferation, after 28 days the "bridge" structure is formed in hole, a small amount of pigment on trabecular meshwork, the shape of corneal endothelium is irregular;B groups:Immediately after laser the iris tissue of hole edge is coagulal changes, 7 days later a small pigment epithelial tissue are proliferation and migration at the edge of hole,after 28 days, proliferation and migration of organizations such as pigment epithelium stop at the edge of the iris hole, corneal endothelium is close to normal;C group:Iris tissue is coagulal changes, trabecular meshwork and corneal endothelium are normal;6,scanning electron microscope examination:A group:Immediately after laser the iris tissue of hole edge edema, 7 days after laser at edge of hole there is a small amount of connective tissue proliferation,28 days after laser pigment epithelial and other organizations are further proliferation and migration, and trabecular meshwork pigment deposition can be seen. corneal endothelium is not normal and quantity reduce;B group:immediately after laser the iris the organization of hole edge change solidification,after 7 days edge organizations closed, pigment epithelium depigmentate, after 28 days at the edge of iris hole, spherical carbon particles composed of the ring scar at edge of hole, quantity of corneal endothelium reduce is mild;C group: after the laser, The iris deep tissue is closed condensate, corneal endothelium is exagonal, the number is normal.Conclusion: 1,Using different methods of laser to form the same iris hole, Iris hole of Q switch Nd: YAG laser is more easily narrow or closed than the frequency YAG laser combined Nd: YAG laser. 2,Iridotomy of Q switch Nd: YAG laser is more easily damage to the anterior segment and more iridemia than the frequency YAG laser combined Nd: YAG laser. 3,Under the premise of avoiding excessive laser damage , Iridotomy of simple frequency YAG laser is difficult to succeed.
