The prevalence rate had a rising tendency with age, younger age showed the lower prevalence rate of emotional disorders in middle-aged population, the higher of the education level , the lower of the prevalence rate . The first three somatic symptoms of perimenopausal female are osteoarthralgia., urinary incontinence , courbature.Normal menstrual occupied 53.8% in the whole sample, which was slightly higher.;the mean age at menopause is 51.20±4.24 years which postpone for 3.1 years compared with the national average level .
