Study On Acupint Compatibility Of Primary Hypertension Treating By Acupuncture

Objective: Hypertension is the most common cardiovascular disease threatening seriously to human health as well as one of the biggest epidemiologists. The ages of these patients are trending youthful, and its morbidity is increasing year by year. Developing as the illness, at the same time,the hypertension can easily cause the complication of the heart, the brain, the kidney, such as cardiac insufficiency, kidney failure, cerebro- vascular accident and so on. Previous studies have shown that people who having hypertension disease may be at greater risk of Alzheimer's disease ,because the hypertension will accelerate the aging of cells. So far, there is no medicaments of specially good effect of hypertension mainly for the aetiology of hypertension is unknown.With gradually increased understanding of nosogenesis of hypertension, the classes of drugs for treating are more and more, but they all have adverse events in varying degrees altoghter with indications and con- traindications for its own. By comparison, acupuncture therapy which is effective, safe, convinet and harmless is accepting by more and more people and applied in all over the word with with its unique glamour. At home and abroad, the research of mechanism which is about with acupunctureing at some special point as Fengchi, Quchi, Zusanli, Fenglong and Taichong has made certain progress, but the expemiriment report that whether different acupoints compatibility will cause different curative effects is rather sparse and the contrastive Studies on curative effects between single special acupoints and its compatibility. As for Acupuncture treatment, adopting acupuncture prescription Accurately can enhance the treatment effect. And "Zusanli" is one of the most acupoints studying on the mechanism and effect of acupuncture.The experiment revealed that "Zusanli" to act as the main acupoint has noticed effect on curing hypertension. At the same time, Acupuncturing"zusanli"can reduce the blood pressure of abnormal rabbits .So through observing the cure effect of reducing the blood pressure essential hypertensive by acupuncture"zusanli"and its different acupoints compatibility, the experiment research the best way of acupoints compati- bility and provides a theoretical basis for clinical treatment of primary hypertension.Methods: Observe the cure effect of reducing the blood pressure primary hypertensive by acupuncturing "Zusanli" and its different acupoints Compatibility. Prepare 36 SD rats with spontaneous hypertensive (SHR) rats aged 9 weeks(BP≥180), weight 250～300g, and randomize them into 3 groups, which is blank control group, non-acupoint group and acupoint group. And the acupoint group include "Zusanli", the Namesake compati- bility between Zusanli and Quchi point, the compatibility between Zusanli and Fenglong point, the compatibility between Zusanli and sanyinjiaobiaoli point Each group included 6 hamsters. The blank control group is fixed but not acupointed. acupoint group is fixed by referring to《EXPERIMENTAL ACUPUNCTUROLOGY》, acupuncture into 5-7mm with needle and make sure limb tic is feathery. Hitch, stick, twistand turn every five minutes, keep the needle for 30min each time. at first, make it once a day and 7 days is one cause and stop it for one day, the make it every other day and 28 days is one cause. During the first cause, all the animals must be check blood press after each treatment, and during the second cause the blood press will be measured once a week. Prewarme the SD rats at an invariable temperature (37℃) for about 10min to make vertebra artery unimpeded and increase volumn of running blood. Take three test for each rat, and value the average of press blood, then the results were analyzed by statistical package for the social science 13.0(SPSS 13.0).Results: 1.Compare the the hypertensive effect among blank control group, non-acupoint group and acupoint group. Compare the blood press between blank control group and acupoint group,and there were signify- cances in statistics(P<0.05). 2.The prompt hypertensive effect of acupuncturing compatibility between Zusanli and Quchi point is conspicuous, and the hypertensive effect of acupuncturing between Zusanli and Quchi point is is the best.3.The increase of SHR serum NO is significant SHR serum NO by acupuncture compatibility between Zusanli and Quchi point.4.The decrease of SHR serum ET is significant by acupuncture compatibility between Zusanli and Quchi point and between Zusanli and fenglong point.
