Objective: We research the impact of some clinical indicators of 30 cases of primary Hepatocellular carcinoma patients on survival time after liver transplantation in our hospital to discovery the relationship between these clinical indicators and the efficacy of liver transplantation,in order to supply a referrence for choice of liver receptor receiving liver transplant- tation.Method:Organize the collection of the clinical datas of 30 cases of Hepatocellular carcinoma patients receiving liver transplantation in our hospital from December 2001 to March 2008,including portal vein tumor thrombus ,the largest tumor diameter size,AFP,etc. And follow-up its survival. Then analysis the relationship between these indicators and sur- vival time using Cox regression in order to identify the efficacy of liver transplantation-related factors.Next use the Log-rank test to compare the survival curves of different levels of these relevant factors. Thus the results can provide a reference for choosing receptors of liver transplantation for Hepatocellular carcinoma. Results:Portal vein tumor thrombus ,the tumor diameter,AFP are the important prognostic indicator of liver transplantation for Hepatocellular carcinoma;in accordance with the standardsα=0.05, there is statistically difference between the survival curves with portal vein tumor thrombus and the one without portal vein tumor thrombus ,the same as the tumor diameter of less than or equal to 6.5cm and 6.5cm higher, the AFP of less than 300ug/l and greater than or equal to 300ug/l.Conclusion:30 cases of primary Hepatocellular patients with no tumor thrombus in trunk and large branches of portal vein, tumor diameter less than or equal to 6.5cm,AFP less than 300ug/l ,will be satisfied with the efficacy of liver transplantation.
