Clinical Research Of Modified Si-Miao Powder' Effect On Hyperuricemia And Blood Fat Level

Objective:To observe the clinica efficacy and safety of Modified Si-miao Powder in hyperuricemia patients and its effect on blood fat level.Methods:Take the efficacy of Modified Si-miao Powder on hyperuricemia as the breakthrough point;,Take observing the patients' blood uric acid,serumtotalcholesterol, triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein A1,B as focal point.60 cases patients were randomly divided into two groups(Modified Si-miao Powder group of 30 cases patients,Allopurinol group of 30 cases patients)and treatment for 30 days.Observe the kidney-liver function adverse reaction and clinical signs.Resule:1.Modified Si-miao Powder can effectively reduce uric acid and has the similar effectc with Allopurinol.2.Modified Si-miao Powder has no damage to the kidney-liver functions and lower triglyceride,serumtotalcholesterol,low density lipoprotein level role.Conclusion:1.Modified Si-miao Powder can safe and effective to reduce blood uric acid. 2.Modified Si-miao Powder has no damage to kidney-liver function and have lower the role of triglyceride,serumtotalcholesterol,low density lipoprotein.
