| Objective: By comparing the low incision and high loose thread-drawing method of operation with the low incision and thread-drawing method of operation at different time, in order to look for the healing time of low incision and high loose thread-drawing method which is shorter than it is linked to the theoretical basis for surgical procedures by content of the wound granulation tissue hydroxyproline, the number of fibroblasts, the number of blood vessels, postoperative pain after surgery, wound healing time and so on.Methods: Select 20 cases of high anal fistula patients, which divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group A use low incision and high loose thread-drawing method, while the control group B use the low incision and thread-drawing method. Compare with wound hydroxyproline content, the number of fibroblasts, blood vessel number and wound healing time, degree of postoperative pain at different time of the two groups of patients.Results: The two groups have significant difference (P <0.05 )in keyhole deformity at different time after wound hydroxyproline content, blood vessel number, the number of fibroblasts, wound healing time, postoperative pain, postoperative incontinence score. They have no significant difference (P> 0.05) in the cure rate, efficacy of postoperative, and urine retention after surgery.Conclusion : Virtual high drainage treatment linked to high anal fistula wound healing quickly, fully and accurately through the primary infectious part, stable environment to repair, stimulate fibroblasts, vascular endothelial cells proliferation and differentiation of the substantial, hydroxyproline and collagen substantial synthesis, wound repair, therapeutic purposes. Obviously, the high virtual method which has the characteristics of the operation have its theoretical basis.
