Experimental Study On The Therapeutic Effect Of The Acupuncture And Moxibustion Of The Combination With Chinese Medicine On The Chronic Glomerulonephritis Model Rats

To acknowledge from the aspect of Traditional Chinese Medicine, chronic glomerulonephritis can be described as edema, consumptive disease, Low back pain, hematuria and so on. There will be different degree of recessionary of nephric function. And finally, it develops into chronic renal failure. Presently the drug is the only way to crue chronic glomerulonephritis,the treatment of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine have not been reported.This text select model rats which are infected glomerulonephritis by moggy's albumin as research object. This model has almost the same pathogenesis and pathologic progress. The study of the effect and mechanism of treating chronic glomerulonephritis with acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine from the following aspects ,such as tecology, blood stream kinetics, immunology and cytology, to provide correlate science proof for basic research of treating chronic glomerulonephritis.This treatment of acupuncture and the moxibustion combined with Chinese Medicine was useful and effective to reduce the urea nitrogen, proteinuria, serum creatinine;to inhibit platelet aggregation; to improve SOD,NO,reduce MDA,IL-1,IL-2;to restrain the normal proliferation of GMCs. Finally, the treatment of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine has certain effect to chronic glomerulonephritis.
