The Clinical Research Of TCM On Body Constitution Types Features In Patients With Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objective:To use the epidemiological methods for study the distribution and the in Chinese medicine in gastro esophageal reflux disease groups.Explore the relationship between body types and Gastro esophageal Reflux Disease through research distribution of body constitution.Methods:Literature research and clinical research.Literature study:The main research explore the new progress in Western and traditional Chinese theory of disease-related morbidity,etiology,pathogenesis, diagnosis,treatment.Clinical study:150 patients of gastro-esophageal reflux disease are in accordance with uniform standards for clinical data,to determine Syndrome, Chinese physical score and the data is for statistical analysis.Results:This study collected 150 cases of patients with an average age of onset was 55.90±14.54 years old,the incidence increases with age,50 to 59 years of age for the onset peak.In professional investigation of this study,workers and intellectuals represent respectively 55.3%and 32.0%.The spring season in 24 hair cycle shows a maximum number of cases for the 26 cases,accounting for 17.30%of the total number.Between March and January,October and December incidence accounted for 42%and 30%。To compare the mean scores of physical,QIXU gets the highest scores,with an average 45.5持14.2 points,followed by the YANGXU and QIYU。QIXU,YANGXU and QIYU getting the highest score indicates that the three kinds of Body Constitution are most obviously physical tendencies.F=4.282, P＜0.05,four different Syndrome groups have significantly different QIXU scores. Between Hp infection and non-Hp infection groups,scores of physical are indifferences.The QIXU score in different months have statistical significance. Between October to December,patients incidence the highest score.Between January and march patients incidence the lowest score.The patients of TANSHI in endoscope negative group are significantly different from the positive group.Conclusion:QIXU,YANGXU,and QIYU take the most important part in gastro esophageal reflux disease.SHIRE is a synergy factor of the disease,and when other physical performance often exist simultaneously,it comes to have a separate performance.Special intrinsic quality is related to endoscope negative reflux disease. TANSHI may be related to the performance of the eating habits of endoscope negative group.
