Clinica Analysis Of 27 Cases Of Cervical Cancer Associated Pregnancy And Progress Of Diagnosis And Treatment

Objective:To analyse the morbidity age,the sign,the symptom,the inspection method,the pathology type,clinical stage,the method of delivery,the treatment as well as the prolonged treatment,the prognosis and so on,to investigate the reduction of morbidity of cervical cancer associated pregnancy,the error diagnosis as well as missed diagnosis,the prolonged treatment and so on.Control the disease,safeguard mother's health and baby's survival.Method:select 27 cases of cervical cancer associated pregnancy from CNKI and Pub Med to carry on the retrospective analysis.Results:In this material patient's average age is 31.2 years old;4 examples was diagnosed in the first trimester,6 examples in the second trimester,8 example in the third trimester,9 examples postpartum;25 cases'signs are the vagina bleeding;the cervix of 20 cases are protruding neoplisia,7 cases is cervical hypertrophy and erosion;The main diagnostic method is biopsy,accounting for 81%;25 cases are the squamous carcinomar, accounting for 92%;the accuracy is 89%;The main treatment is surgery, assisted by chemotherapy and radiotherapy,or sole treatment;6 cases take the prolonged treatment,3 examples use the chemotherapy in the second and the third trimester,the condition of the newborn is good;21 newborn,20 babies survive,1 baby die;7 mothers died,3 examples lose visit,2 example have metasrasis,2 example undergo recrudescenees,13 example are healthy.Conclusion:The vaginal bleeding and watering of gestation period possibly have touch with the cervical cancer and screening should be taken;Whether to terminate the pregnancy immediately should take in the suggestion of the patient,the stage,the pathology,the gestation and so on.The principle is above IB1 should not be suggested to prolong treatment,the result to the embryo chemotherapy of the prolonged treatment still should to be observed;before IIA surgery is primary, assisted by chemotherapy and radiotherapy,the complex therapy effect is good;the treatment effect of the patient diagnosed in getation is better than the postpartrm.Therefore,before pregnancy and the first examination of the gestation the cell smear inspection of the cervix should be carried on to achieve early discovery and reduce the morbidity and mortality of the pregnant women because of the cervical cancer.
