| ã€Object】To investigate the clinical application value of detection to local hemoglobin concentration and oxygen saturation in benign and malignant breast masses.ã€Methods】Take 102cases of breast masses(tumor can be touched in clinical) as the research object,before operation detect the local hemoglobin concentration and oxygen saturation from the breast with tumor region.Then with requiring of clinical diagnosis,102 patients divide into ultrasonography group(47cases) and mammography group(55 cases).Cases of two groups receive ultrasonography or mammography,and obtain the evaluation,then contrast with the postoperative pathology results.ã€Results】In the 102 cases,66cases was reported "higher hemoglobin concentration and lower oxygen saturation",32 cases was reported "lower hemoglobin concentration and higher oxygen saturation",2 cases was reported "higher hemoglobin concentration and higher oxygen saturation",2cases was reported "higher hemoglobin concentration and equal oxygen saturation" before operation.While,the postoperative pathological diagnoses were 61 breast carcinoma,2 relay phyllode tumor of the breast, and 39 benign diseases.The sensitivity,specificity,positive prognostic value and negative prognostic value,accuracy are 95.2%,84.6%90.9%,91.7%,91.1%.63 breast lesions(61.8%)are diagnosed malignancy.Ultrasonography group:the sensitivity, specificity,accuracy,positive prognostic value and negative prognostic value of Ultrasonography are92.3%,76.2%,85.1%,82.8%,88.9%;such data of Functional Imaging of Blood and Oxygen are 96.2%,85.7%,91.5%,89.3%,94.7%. Mammography group:The same data of Mammography are 91.9%,72.2%,85.5%, 87.2%,81.3%.Such data of Functional Imaging of Blood and Oxygen are 94.6%, 83.3%,90.9%,92.1%,88.2%.ã€Conclusion】Detecting the changes between blood and oxygen content from the breast lesions and the contralateral place,which provides a basis for the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses.It is not inperior at ultrasonography and mammography in diagnosing breast lesions.It is valuable that Functional Imaging of Blood and Oxygen in diagnosing breast lesions. |
