Objective:To observe the effects of TianSheng-yin on the expression of TNF-a and HSP70 in rat models with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) caused by renal vascular hypertension,to discuss the recovery of TianSheng-yin on the nerve's function,and to afford dependability for treatments.Methods:The SD rats were devided into normal group and operated group with random method,and made into models with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) caused by renal vascular hypertension based on 2K1C-RHR.4 weeks after the left arteria renalis-clamped operation,stable HBP was formed. Then the modles were devided into normal group,sham operated group,model group and TianSheng-yin group and reproduced into models with acute intracerebral hemorrhage by injecting Collagenase typeⅦstereo taxically. Every group was devided into 4 small group,6 rats per small group, and the rats' brain tissue were taken out at 1 day,3 day,5 day, 7 day after operation. Abrosia before the operation, the normal group was dealed with nothing,intragastric administration was taken on sham operated group,model group(given NS in equal volume) and group(given TianSheng-yin in 1 person's dose×0.018×5/ kg)once a day until death. To observe bleeding brain tissue's histomorphology change by HE staining, and to detect TNF-a and HSP70 with immunohistochemistry method.Results: he pathologic signs of the nerve system were alleviated in the groups of TianSheng-yin treatment, neurons in CA1 of hippocampus' operated sides were damaged less,and the structure of neurons were relatively integrated. Immunohistochemistry showed that, immune reaction of TNF-a and HSF70were evidently more in the areas of hematoma. Compaired with normal group and sham operated group, masculine cell populations in model group and TianSheng-yin group have statistical significance (P<0.05 ) . Compaired with model group, TianSheng-yin group has statistical significance (P<0.05 )Conclussion:TianSheng-yin has no evident effection on rats' HBP,and can ameliorate rats'neurologic impairment after intracerebral hemorrhage. The expression of TNF-a and HSP70 were more in the area of hematoncus after intracerebral hemorrhage,and TianSheng-yin strengthen HSP70' expression and reduce TNF-a' expression.
