| [Backgroud]HIV/AIDS is one of the most severe health problems in international sociaty.HBV is a serious infectious disease at high prevelance in our country.The two diseases are both great threatens to people's health and life.ART is major curing mothed for them.We need to improve the adherence of ART for people living with HIV and AIDS(PLWHA) and patients with HBV in China as soon as possible.[Aim]This study was desighed to be aware of the general situation and demographic characteristic of HIV/AIDS patients and people living with HBV in a hospital of Changsha.It was also desighed to explore the common psychological and social factors for ART adherence of PLWHA and patients with HBV.The study is expected to be a scientific support for making ART and its intervention policy.[Method]A sample of 50 PLWHA and another group of 50 adult patients with HBV in Changsha Hospital of Infectious Disease were rodomnized sampling.The two groups were both received a questionnaire of ART adherence scale and life event inventory.All collected data were cacualated in EPI Data tool and analysed by SPSS 13.0 software.The ART scale was identified according to patient's interrupition of ART and its duration.[Result]During the period of ART since the first time,31 patients had interrupted ART among which 10 were PLWHA,21 were adult patients with HBV.There is statistic significance in the component of two groups. Economic barring ways and awareness of adherence of ART were linked to PLWHA'S interruption of ART.Age statue,duration of ART and way to remind the medication were linked to interrupition of ART of people living with HBV.Multivariate analysis shows whether the medication process was too compilicated(OR=5.237,95%CI 1.119-24.842) is a main reason for PLWHA's ART interruption.Infected period(OR=7.955, 95%CI1.024-61.813) and ART period(OR=6.528,95%CI 1.281-33.265) are main reasons for patients with HBV to interrupt ART.[Conclusion]The awarness of ART adherence and the complexity of drug combination is corraltive to ART adherence of PLWHA.The cost approach,age,duration of ART and the way to remind are corraltive to ART adherence of patients with HBV while ART time is the main reason. |
