Expression And Clinical Significance Of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+Tcell Of Esophageal Cancer Patient Before And After Operation

Objective: To investigate the quantity chang of in peripheral blood of esophageal cancer patient before and post operation and explore its clinical significance.Methods: peripheral blood of 28 case esophageal cancer patient (9case lymph node,19case non lymph node) were received in ten day postoperation and in three day preoperaion testing T cells with Flow Cytometic instrument and immumofluorescence method , manking quantity analysis as companed with contrastic group.Results: the expression of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+T cell were much lower in esophageal cancer patient before operation than the contrastic group .T cell of esophageal cancer postoperation with non lymph node metastasis were much higher than those before operation ,but there was no significant difference between both postoperation of lymph node metastasis and before operation.Conclusion: Testing CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+T cell play important role in immunological function and prognosis of esophageal cancer patient.
