Objective:Tissue Doppler imaging in dilated cardiomyopathy synchronization in patients with heart failure 1 week after treatment and evaluation of efficacy of resynchronization therapy to optimize the operation parameters.Methods:12 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure(Cardiac function were gradeⅢorⅣ),of which 8 cases with complete left bundle branch block in patients and full anti-heart failure drug therapy implanted the artificial heart three-cavity pacemaker(InsyncⅢ),Cardiac resynchronization therapy heart failure patients continue to receive anti-drug treatment.After a week under the guidance of the ultrasound on the pacemaker to optimize the reasonable AV interval and VV interval.Evaluation of cardiac function after a week,review the electrocardiogram, cardiac ultrasound,compared with the preoperative.Optimization of pre-and post-aortic valve VTI,mitral VTI,Ts-SD.Results:12 cases a week after the treatment of patients with CRT,cardiac function in patients with NYHA classification was improved to2.74±0.36(P<0.01)from 3.42±0.51;QRS duration was decreased to 139.47±22.52ms(P>0.01)from(150.00±25.94) ms reduced;LVEF was increased to 30.91±6.22%(P<0.05) from(28.75±5.36)%; LVEDD was decreased to 66.12±5.32 mm(P<0.01) from 70.75±5.84mm;MR was obviously decreased to 2.33±1.41 cm~2(P<0.01)from 4.35±2.20 cm~2;T1-T2 was obviously decreased to 18.11±10.89 ms(P>0.01)from 52.31±24.37 ms;Ts-SD was obviously decreased to 42.17±23.88ms(P<0.01) from 68.71±21.20ms;ptimization of aortic VTI ago was increased to 16.35±2.31cm(P<0.01)from 14.47±2.42 cm to; mitral VTI by the optimization of the former 16.23±3.33 cm to 21.78±4.40 cm,P<0.01;Ts-SD by the optimization of the former 42.17±23.88 ms reduced to 37.74±22.38 ms,P>0.05.Conclusion:This study showed that tissue Doppler imaging to evaluate cardiac resynchronization therapy effect,and in optimizing the dilated cardiomyopathy patients with heart failure synchronization play a role in treatment.
