Purpose:To investigate the expression and correlativity of CXCR4,TNF-αand NF-κβin normal ovarian, benign epithelial ovarian neoplasms and epithelial ovarian cancer separately, to provide the experimental basis for researching the development and metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer。Methods:To detect the expression of CXCR4,TNF-αand NF-κβin 30 tissues of normal ovarian,25 tissues of benign epithelial ovarian neoplasms,40 tissues of epithelial ovarian cancer by SABC immunohisto-chemical method.Results:1. The positive expression of CXCR4 was zero in normal ovarian,16.0%(4/25) in benign epithelial ovarian neoplasms and 70.0%(28/40)in epithelial ovarian cancer. The expression rate of CXCR4 protein was significantly correlated between normal group and malignant group,as the same as between benign epithelial ovarian group and cancer group (P<0.05).But normoal group had no significantly correlated with the benign group(P>0.05). It had significantly difference with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).But it had no correlated with different pathological types, different disease stages, and different tumor histologic types(P>0.05).2. The positive expression of TNF-αwas zero in normal ovarian,32.0%(8/25) in benign epithelial ovarian neoplasms and 90.0%(36/40)in epithelial ovarian cancer. The expression rate of TNF-αprotein was significantly correlated between the three groups(P<0.05).And it had significantly difference with tumor histologic types and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05), the worse differentiation, the higher TNF-α-positive rate. but no correlated with pathological types and different disease stages (P>0.05).3. The positive expression of NF-κβp50 was 10.0%(3/30) in normal ovarian, 40.0%(10/25) in benign epithelial ovarian neoplasms and 77.5%(31/40)in epithelial ovarian cancer. The expression rate of NF-κβp50 protein was significantly correlated between the three groups (P<0.05) and had significantly difference between different tumor histologic types, different disease stages and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05), the worse histological differentiation, the higher NF-κβp50-positive rate(P<0.05). There was positive correlation between the expression of NF-κβp50 and clinical stage. NF-κβp50-positive rate in clinicalⅣ/Ⅲperiod was significantly higher than in clinicalⅡ/Ⅰp eriod (P<0.05), but no correlated with pathological types(P>0.05)4. At the same time, CXCR4 and TNF-a were 27 cases of positive expression , CXCR4 and NF-κβp50 were 25, NF-κβp50 and TNF-a were 30 in 40 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer tissue, they all showed a consistent positive correlation (r1=0.33;r2=0.43;r3=0.42 , P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression rate of CXCR4,TNF-αand NF-κβprotein increased with increasing degree of pathological changes in ovarian cancer.2. There was positive correlation with CXCR4,TNF-αand NF-κβin epithelial ovarian cancer.3. CXCR4 might be modulated by TNF-αand NF-κβto promote the invasion and metastasis in epithelial ovarian cancer and might promote the invasion and metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer.
