PurposeTo explore the HIV/AIDS prevention and interventions measures of various types of migratory groups in the worldwide scope:1 Analyze the current status such as demographic characteristics,HIV-related risk factors; knowledge,attitude and behavior of different types of migratory population.2 Sum up the prevention and interventions masures for ench types of migratory population, conclude experience, find the existing problems, and explore the more effective masures for HIV prevention and intervention.ContentTo analyze at home and abroad studies about HIV/AIDS prevention of different migratory groups, understand the characters of them and the risk factors and behaviors they have, to master the prevention and intervention strategies and measures in such groups of people.MethodTo develop the research strategy according to the subject, collect literatures at home and abroad about HIV/AIDS prevention and intervention on the different migratory groups. Researches on different groups of people neaten respectively, using descriptive study and system review methods analysis and sum up the prevention and interventions measures.ResultChina as the representative of the floating population the HIV/AIDS prevention and intervention measures mainly included flexible and diverse education; The cultural sensitive health education of Mexico immigrants in the United States is mainly through bilingual outreach workers and community-based organizations, the PLWHA in migrants were provided a wide range of health services; the sex workers'basic HIV/AIDS prevention were education and to promote the use of condoms, Some new theories and tools include social cognitive theory, structure of intervention, rational statements and killing of sperm and female condoms are in exploitating; for the general population homeless, housing assistance were provided, the United States'nation major project formed a network of services specifically given health services of HIV prevention to street youth, were the better-performing projects. Refugees often outside of the HIV/AIDS intervention projects, few specifically measures for them, most of the countries'prevention of HIV/AIDS program didn't contained this group of population.Suggestion 1 Floating populationFor the floating population's prevention of AIDS suggest that:①strengthen the coordination and cooperation between organizations;②find out the flow disciplinarain of the population;③strengthen the comprehensive education;④expand the scope of intervention in high-risk groups;⑤improve the management of infectors and patients.2 ImmigrantsTaking the following factors into account will contribute to the work prevent AIDS carried out better:①immigrants participation;②for a specific culture;③develop migratory organizations;④pay close attention to key areas;⑤implement the plan across the national borders;⑥improve and implement the projects prior to departure, arrival and re-integration etc.3 Sex workersRecommendations:①addmit that sex workers need more extensive attention and the priority of the health services use;②recognize the importance that help sex workers are entitled to the legitimate rights and interests;③provide comprehensive and convenient health services, especially on the diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted disease;④seek the cooperation and support of managers in the sex industry;⑤declared that ex workers as the role of health educators'legitimacy and respect their peers;⑥recognized the importance of providing economic incentives for the leaders of the peer education work;⑦bring the male clients of sex workers into intervention targets.4 Homeless and refugeesFor these people, the urgent need and the work can complete through our efforts in current including:①increase the coverage of government assistance, improve the social welfare institutions'function;②HIV/AIDS basic knowledge education, use both refugees and local people's language;③provide public health prevention services, including improvement of health conditions and increase self-protection;④supply adequate condoms to reduce unsafe sex;⑤provide health care services;⑥provide care services for HIV infected persons and AIDS patients.
