Study On The Relationship Between Serum Soluble Vascular Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule-1 And Its Common Physical And Chemical Indicators Of Patients With Pre-eclampsia

Objective: To evaluate the change of vascular cell adhesion molecule- 1 (s-VCAM-1) and other Common Physical and Chemical Indicators of Pre-eclampsia, and to discuss the relevance between s-VCAM-1 and other indicators. Then to illuminate the significance of evaluating s-VCAM-1 of patients with Pre-eclampsia.Methods: 42 cases of patients with pre-eclampsia were selected as observation group: severe pre-eclampsia group(24 cases); light pre-ec- lampsia group(18 cases). 20 cases of normal pregnancy were selected as control group. A total of 62 cases were selected.(1) ELISA was applied to de-tect the content of s-VCAM-1 of the 62 cases.(2)Immune colloidal gold technique was applied to detect the content of D-dimmer of the 62 cases.(3) 24h urine protein, PLT , MPV, UA, ALT and LDH were detected in Clinical Lab of Dalian obstetrics and gynecology hospital.(4) S/D of umbilixal artery was detected in Ultrasonic Department of Dalian obstetrics and gynecology hospital.Results: (1) s-VCAM-1, 24h urine protein, MPV, UA, ALT, LDH, D-dimmer and S/D of severe pre-eclampsia group were higher than light pre-eclampsia group and control group; PLT of severe pre-eclampsia group were lower than light pre-eclampsia group and control group. (2)NO correlation is shown between s-VCAM-1 and PLT. MPV. UA. ALT. LDH. D-dimmer and S/D in control group. (3) s-VCAM-1 has relevance with 24h urine protein, PLT, MPV, UA and D-dimmer in observation group. The positive correlation is shown between s-VCAM-1 and 24h urine protein, MPV, UA and D-dimmer . The negative correlation in shown between s-VCAM-1 and PLT. (4) The positive correlation is shown between s-VCAM-1 and 24h urine protein, UA and D-dimmer in light pre-eclampsia group. (5) The positive correlation is shown between s-VCAM-1 and 24h urine protein, UA, MPV and D-dimmer in severe pre-eclampsia group.Conclusion: (1) The level of serum soluble vascular endothelial cells adhesion molecule-1(s-VCAM-1) of patients with pre-eclampsia is increased, and it's parallel with the severity of illness.(2) s-VCAM-1 of patients with pre-eclampsia reflects the extent of damage of coagulation function and renal function. Especially for severe pre-eclampsia group.
