Iinitial Study On Relationship Between Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Syndrome Differentiation-Type Of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer And The Micromestastasis In Blood

Lung carcinoma is one of the most familiar malignant tumours of international community currently.Even if the patients are on the early stage,Lung carcinoma primary lesion had been already radical cure excised,the majority of patients still died of the Lung carcinoma recrudescence and metastasis.The literatures reported that to ditect micromestastasis factors CK19mRNA and LunX mRNA has high sensitivity and specificity in the non-cellule Lung cancer patient circumference blood expression,also has certain guiding sense to the tendency of non-small cell Lung cancer patients,micro mestastasis in blood.Objectives:To discuss the relation between the types of sydrome in TCM and the micro mestastasis in blood of the patients that can be surgery excised.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with non-small Lung cancer were selected in hospital.The patients were divided into four groups:xu type,shi type,xu and shi mixed type and no symptom.The day before the patients had had surgery operetion,a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine physician-in-charge and a doctor of traditional Chinese medicine doctor in charge in the technique would carry on the Chinese medicine dialectical analysis according to the above four kinds of types,and extracted patients' blood 12ml with the EDTA tube,and then ditected CK19mRNA,LunXmRNA by real-time RT-PCR.Results:1.The types of sydrome in TCM of non-small cell Lung cancer and the pathology types are not obviously connected(X~2=7.018~a,P＞0.05).2.The types of sydrome in TCM of non-small cell Lung cancer and the TNM stages are obviously connected(P＜0.05).3.The levels of CK19mRNA expressed in xu and shi mixed type is 1.20±0.18,that was obviously higher than in xu type,shi type and no symptom,with significant difference(P＜0.01).4.The levels of LunX mRNA expressed in xu and shi mixed type is0.94±0.15,that was obviously higher than in xu type,shi type and no symptom,with significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion:The xu and shi mixed type displays the obvious tendency of micromestastasis in blood.
