Study On The Hypolipidemic Effect Of Crude Extract From Schisandra In Vitro

Schisandra is a plant from Magnoliaceae,it is a traditional Chinese medicinal plant.In this paper,to study the Schisandra's hypolipidemic effect.Schisandra was extracted with 75%ethanol firstly and then with ethylacetate and N-butanol.CHO cell was the cell model. Intracellular cholesterol content was detected through HPLC.The column was Eclipse XDB-C18(5μm,250mm×4.6mm) and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol (55:45) at a flow rate of 1 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 210 nm.Through the preparation of a series of different concentrations of cholesterol standard,the standard curve was established respectively,In this testing conditions,the scope of the peak area was relatively good linear relationship when the cholesterol content was in 0.282～1.410μg,The results showed that Schisandra could reduce the cholesterol content in CHO cell, Schisandra ethylacetate extract was to 25.81 percent,and Schisandra N-butanol extract was to 35.47 percent.The hypolipidemic effect of Schisandra N-butanol extract was better.
