The Clinical Score And The Clinical Study On Conservative Treatment Of The Ectopic Pregnancy Unstable Angina With Yi-Qi-Hua-Yu-Zhi-Xue Decoction Combined Mifepristone (RU486)

Objective:to explore the therapeutic effect of ectopic pregnancy(EP) treated with Yi-Qi-Hua-Yu-Zhi-Xue Decoction combined Mifepristone(RU486) in a conservation way and make the clinical score.Methods:81 cases EP were divided into three groups,the A group with 30 cases were treated by Yi-Qi-Hua-Yu-Zhi-Xue Decoction combined Mifepristone(RU486).The B group with 30 cases were treated by Gong-Wai-Yun-Ⅰ-Fang combined RU486.The C group with 21 cases were treated by methotrexate(MTX) combined RU486.First,in the study,before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms,physical signs and the related indexes,such as serumβ-HCG was observed.Second,contrasted the success cases and failure cases before treatment in patients with age,past history,clinical symptoms and laboratory tests,come to score standard score indicators;selected factors through their own different levels of contrast,summed up the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy score standards.Results:Regarding to the success ratio of the A(93.33%) or C group(90.48%) is higher than that of the B group (66.67%).the difference of the A and B group was very significant(p＜0.01);the difference of the B and C group was significant(p＜0.05);the difference of the A and C group was insignificant(p＞0.05).The difference between two groups in the serumβ-HCG normalizing time was not found.But the waginal bleeding stopping and the abdominal pain duration time of the A group is shorter than B and C groups(p＜0.05).The total occurrence rate of the medicine side reaction of the A and B group is obviously smaller than that of the C group(p＜0.05).With the score perengtile increase in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy success rate of decline gradually,when four of the total score≤8 points,the success rate as high as 94.92%;Total score＞8 points,the success rate of 50%;but the total score＞9 points,the success rate of only 18.18%.Conclusion:The conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy with Yi-Qi-Hua-Yu-Zhi-Xue Decoction combined RU486 is much more effective to the treatment of unstable angina ectopic pregnancy.
