Clinical Observation On The Effects Of Ectopic Pregnancy Treated By Xiaozhengshapei Decoction

Objective: By observe the effects of the patients which were diagnosised ectopic pregnancy and treated by xiaozhengshapei decoction,provide evidence for the teaetment in traditional chinese medicine in treatig ectopic pregnancy,then,guide the clinical work,Methods: All the patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the clinical trial(research group:34cases:control group;:4cases),the patients in research group were treatde by MTX and xiaozhengshapei decoction,and the patients in control groupwere treatde by MTX,Research group began to use xiaozhengshapei decoction after living in hospital,2 times each day,2 bags,The dose of MTX is 50mg/m~2 in the first time,after four days if the decline of HCG less than15%,repeat the treatment dose,This principle applicable in both group,MTX can only be used just two times,Results:(1)The clinical symptoms in research group were obviously improved after treatment,the effect was better than the control group,This difference had statistical significance(p<0,05),(2)The hospitalization time in research group was obviously less than the control group,This difference had statistical significance(p<0,05),(3)Before and after treatment,the number of HCG dropped significantly with the treantment of xiaozhengshapei decoction a week late,This difference was obviousr(p<0,01),Compared with the control group after treatment,the decline of the level of HCG was significan in the research group(p<0,05),(4)Compared with the control groupthe time that needed the level of HCG dropping to normal level was less in the research group,This difference had statistical significance(p<0,05).(5)Before and after treatment,the size of the lump dropped significantly with the treantment of xiaozhengshapei decoction a week late,This difference was obviousr(p<0,01),Compared with the control group after treatment,the decline of he size of the lump is significan in the research group(p<0,05)?(6)The adverse reactions in research group was less than the control group,This difference had statistical significance(p<0,05).Conclusion: The xiaozhengshapei decoction significantly improved successfull rate and rescued the hospitalization time with he treatment of ectopic pregnancy,xiaozhengshapei decoction promoted the absorbation of the lump and decreased the level of HCG,at last,xiaozhengshapei decoction reduced the adverse effects in using MTX.
