Impaction On Immune Function In Rats With Alkaloids Of Oxytropis Glabra In Xinjiang And The Detoxification Effect Of Jidujing

Oxytropis glabra,a kind of Oxytropis,is mainly poisonous plant in the Northwest of China.It has brought large economic losses to the local animal industry due to the poison of Oxytropis glabra.My study based on the preliminary study of impaction on the immune function with the extracts of alkaloid from Oxytropis glabra in Xinjiang.At the same time,I have done some research job in the effection of antidotes for poisoning Oxytropis glabra of Chinese medicine antidote"jidujing".Provided new heoretical foundation for Oxytropis glabra poisoning and development of new antidotes.Achieved the following results:1.Study on the impact of immune function of Oxytropis glabra in Xinjiang on rats.Constructed model of subchronic intoxication on rat with alkaloids.And observed poisoning symptoms in rats.Then calculated weight changes of the thymus,spleen organ.Detected spleen lymphocyte proliferation activity,peripheral hematological indicators.The results show that the test dose of alkaloids can cause decreased immune function in rats.Its mainly symptoms is thymus and spleen atrophy, WBC RBC LYM and HGB lower than the control group.After poisoning,the number of blood cells reduced and appeared different types of anemia,Alb Glob and lymphocyte proliferation activity decreased.2.Study on the impaction of jidujing of immune function on poisoning rats.After intraperitoneal injected jidujing to rats,detected the weight of immune organs of rats, hematology,lymphocyte proliferative activity.The results show that the weight of immune organs of rat in detoxification group much higher than the poisoning group.WBC RBC LYM HGB Alb Glob and spleen lymphocyte proliferation activity of poisoning is higher than the model group.That show that"jidujing"play a role in protection to the different types of anemia and immune function on poisoning rats cause of Oxytropis glabra.3.Study on the impaction of jidujing to Physiological function on poisoning ratsAfter intraperitoneal injected jidujing to rats,detected the average daily gain of the rats,the average feed intake,organ weight and serum enzyme activity.The results show that the weight gain of detoxification group of the rats is higher than the poisoning group.Jidujing has a protective effection on the growth of rat.AST ALP and creatinine activity of poisoning group is less than model group.That indicates that jidujing play a protection role to liver and kidney in poisoning rats.4.Observe the effection of combinating 0.02mg/mL SW and jidujing.The rats was gavaged aqueous solution with the 0.02mg/mL SW.At the same time,intraperitoneal injected jidujing to rats.Determined weight,organ weight,hematology,serum enzyme,lymphocyte proliferation activity.Results show that WBC RBC LYM HGB AST ALP and the activity of creatinine, lymphocyte proliferation is closed to the control group and no significant differences.The results show that 0.02mg/mL SW aqueous solution has no damage to rats.After used the combination dugs,WBC LYM and lymphocyte proliferation activity is higher than the control group.It is show that combinated 0.02mg/mL SW aqueous solution and jidujing enhanced immune function in rats.In therapy,0.02mg/mL SW can be a part of the jidujing combination dug.
