Objective:By observing ECG changes on the rats after ischemia reperfusion and measuring the levels of Na+-K+ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+ ATPase of cardiac muscle,to study the effect and mechanismof Qishen Huxin soup(QS)on the arrhythmia of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion in rats.Methods:Wistar Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:sham operation group,model group(Irgroup),ischemic preconditioning group and Qishen Huxin soup group(Qsgroup),10 each.Ligate coronary artery to establish the myocardial ischemia- reperfusion animal model,Observed the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia within 30min of reperfusion in each group,and measured the levels of Na+-K+ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+ ATPase of cardiac muscle.Results:The model group compared with the sham-operated group,the ventricular arrhythmias significantly occurred,and the myocardial Na+-K+ -ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity were significantly lower.QS group, ischemic preconditioning group compared with the model group significantly reduce ventricular arrhythmia(P<0.01),myocardial Na+-K+- ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+ -ATPase activity were decreased unsignificantly,there is significant difference(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.001);QS group compared to is-chemic preconditioning group,the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia and the Na+-K+-ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase activity of ischemic myocardia no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:QS group showed to decreasethe incidence of arrhythmia induced by ischemia reperfusion,and improve the activity of Na+-K+ -ATPase,Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase.It may be related to reduce the activity of ATPase decreased,to improve myocardial energy metabolism,thus reducing intracellular calcium overload,and maintaining the stability of the myocardial cell membrane.
