Objective:To investigate stilbazolium Huxin Participation de- coction on myocardial cell damage to SODMDA impact explore participation stilbazolium Huxin decoction on myocardial is-chemia- reperfusion injury mechanism,in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:sham operation group, model group(IRgroup),ischemic preconditioning group and Qishen Huxin soup group(QSgroup),10 each.Separately with saline and Qishen Huxin soup (80mg/kg.d) administered for 7d,do experiment after the last 30min.Ligate coronary artery to establish the myocardial ischemia- reperfusion animal model,after 10 min ischemia,reperfusion for 30min.The sham-operated group only do coronary threading,non-ligation;ischemic preconditioning group after 5min of coronary occlusion and reperfusion for 5mi,repeated 3 times.Observed the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmia within 30min of reperfusion in each group,and enzymatic determination of serum xanthine oxidase activity of SOD and the use of color thiobarbituric acid assay of the content of MDA.Results:None of the sham-operated group arrhythmia occurs,the model group all the ventricular arrhythmias occurred,and serum SOD activity was significantly lower,MDA content increased significantly,that model is successful and reliable.QS group,ischemic preconditioning group compared with the model group significantly reduce ventricular arrhythmia(P<0.01), serum SOD activity was significantly increased,MDA content decreased significantly,there are significant differences(P<0.05);and QS Group and ischemic preconditioning group compared the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia and serum SOD activity and MDA content were not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effects of ginseng soup Huxin on experimental myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in a good protective effect,can reduce the incidence of arrhythmia,reducing serum SOD activity in the lower to reduce the serum content of lipid peroxides or MDA high,so as to enhance myocardial antioxidant capacity,reducing membrane lipid peroxidation injury,this may be its prevention and treatment of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in one of the mechanisms.
