Clinicalstudy On The Treatment Of Degenerative Spondylolisthesis With Manipulation And Functional Exereise

Degenerative Spondylolisthesis(DS) is refers to the centrum recession venereal diseases changes causes the slipping forward of one vertebra upon another.It involves the pathology scope is widespread,it forms the mechanism,has in the internal organs pathological change,perverse trend infringement,the channels and collaterals conduction,the flesh wound strain as well as the modern medicine in the traditional medicine around the lumbar vertebra dissects the structure like waist plate,the lumbar vertebra small joint,the muscle ligament organization and so on pathological change and the whole body metabolic block,endocrine system's disorder and so on different theory.Symptoms and signs can include lordosis,lower back pain,muscle tightness,stiffness and tenderness in the slipped area pressure on nerve roots may cause changes in sensation and radiating pain down the legs.In very severe cases,the slipping vertebra can be surgically fused.In order to avoid the operative risk and surgical trauma,conservative treatments are first adopted.This dissertation reviews the current situation of TCM and Western medieine about DegenerativeSpondylolisthesis in recent ten years,evaluates objeetively the foundation and clinieal study progress of Chinese and Western medieine about this disease,explain the eause of disease,pathology of Degenerative Spondylolisthesis,in detail,offer seientific basis about the treatment of Degenerative Spondylolisthesis.Objective:To compare the effect of the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthes is with Manipulation and Hauling treatment,and to discuss the effect of the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis by conservative management,to supply the idealistic clinical basis for the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis by the mothod of Manipulation. Methods:From March 2008 to March 2009,60 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis Were treated in our hospital(The hospital of Heilongjiang Chinese medicine university),and who all tallied with the eriterion that should be subsumed or eliminated.We divided them into two groups randomly with the random number table.Then one group of 30 cases were treated by Manipulation with functional exereise,the other by Hauling treatment with functional exercise.By self before-after and comparative study,the score of JOA was collceted by questionnaire and clinical examination to evaluate funetional recovery.Results:In treatment group,eihgt patients recovered,ten patients had marked improvement,eleven patients had effeetive change,and one patient had no effeet.In control group,there patients recovered,four patients had marked improvement,eighteen patients had effect change and five patients had no effect.The effeetive rate of treatment group is97%and control group is 83%,statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In spondylolisthesis treatment,Manipulation with functional exercise brought better curative efficacy than the methods of traction with functional exereise.
