| Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of experiential Chinese medicine li yan zhi xue tang in treating renal hematuria of deficiency of Qi and Yin.Thus argues, "curing hematuria must treat oropharynx together" of the academic point of view.Methods: Adopting case control method,taking hematuria capsule as control agent,the 40 cases of renal hematuria were randomly divided into 2 groups and treated with treatment group (group A,n=20)and control group(group B,n=20)respectively.Changes of urine occult blood, urine protein and urine red blood cell count were observed.Result: The total effective rate in treatment group was 80.0% and better than that of the control group,50.0%(p<0.05).The treatment group has obvious improve in TCM symptoms,and fatigue, pain and edema compared with the control group there is statistical significance (p<0.01 );Urine occult blood, urine protein and urine red blood cell count before and after treatment had statistical significance (p<0.01), There was statistical significance between treatment group and control group after treatment(p<0.05).Conclusion: Through the treatment of oropharyngeal disease at the same time,Li yan zhi xue tang can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms in treating renal hematuria of deficiency of Qi and Yin and reduce the number of urine red blood cells,such as reducing the role of occult blood and protein in urine.
