Objective:to study the relationship between syndrome of TCM and the plasmaLevel of TNF-α,FFA,Adipose,lives enzyme and the other correlative index in diabetes with heptic injury,which supplies objective index for microcosmicSyndrome differentiation of TCM in diabetes with heptic injury.Methods:according to diagnostic criterion of western medicine and the criterion of exclucive case,60 diabetes with heptic injury cases were Selected and classified into internal dampness and heat syndrome,phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome,heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome,and 20 cases of healthy people were selected as normal control group.The 3 different types of TCM of diabetes with lives disease were compared with eath other by TNF-α,FFA,Adipose,lives enzyme and the other correlative index,and then were compared with the normal control group,observing the change of index to study the relationship.Results:(1) diabetes with lives disease can be classified into internal dampness and heat syndrome,phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome,heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome.(2) Comparison of the four groups' FFA:the serum level of FFA of four groups is as follows:phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome>heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome>internal dampness and heat syndrome>the normal control group.the serum level of FFA of reduqing heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome,phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome are much higher than the normal control group,The difference was very significant(P<0.01).but the difference between internal dampness and heat syndrome and the normal control group was not significant (P>0.05),heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome,or phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome are higher than the internal dampness and heat syndrome The difference were very significant(P<0.01).but the difference between Phlegm obstructing network syndrome and heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome was not significant (P>0.05).(3) Comparison of the four groups' TNF-α:the serum level of TNF-αof four groups is as follows:heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome>phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome>internal dampness and heat syndrome>the normal control group.the serum level of TNF-αof heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome,phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome are much higher than the normal control group,The difference was very significant(P<0.01).but the difference between internal dampness and heat syndrome and the normal control group was not significant (P>0.05),heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome is higher than the internal dampness and heat syndrome or stagnation heat syndrome,The difference were very significant (P<0.01).phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome is higher than the internal dampness and heat syndrome,The difference was significant(P<0.05).(4) Comparison of the four groups' adipose:①the serum level of TG:the serum level of TG of four groups is as follows:phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome>internal dampness and heat syndrome>heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome>the normal control group.the serum level of TG of phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome are much higher than the normal control group,The difference was very significant(P<0.01).internal dampness and heat syndrome was higher than the normal control group,The difference was significant(P<0.05).but the difference between heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome and the normal control group was not significant(P>0.05),internal dampness and heat syndrome or phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome are higher than the heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome,The difference were very significant(P<0.01).the difference between phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome and internal dampness and heat syndrome was very significant(P<0.01).②the serum level of ALP:the serum level of TG of four groups is as follows:heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome>phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome>internal dampness and heat syndrome>the normal control group,the difference between the normal control group and the other three was very significant (P<0.01).the difference in the other three groups were not significant(P>0.05).(5) Comparison of the four groups' HbAlc:the serum level of HbAlc of four groups is as follows:phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome>heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome>internal dampness and heat syndrome>the normal control group,the difference between the normal control group and the other three was very significant(P<0.01).the serum level of HbAlc in phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome was significantly higher than that in the other three groups(P<0.01).(6) Comparison of the four groups' lives enzyme:①the serum level of ALT:the serum level of TG of four groups is as follows:heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome>phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome>internal dampness and heat syndrome>the normal control group,the difference between the normal control group and the other three was very significant(P<0.01).the difference in the other three groups were not significant(P>0.05).②the serum level of ALP:the serum level of TG of four groups is as follows:heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome>phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome>internal dampness and heat syndrome>the normal control group,the difference between the normal control group and the other three was very significant(P<0.01).the difference in the other three groups were not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:(1) diabetes with lives disease can be classified into internal dampness and heat syndrome,phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome,heat and toxin injuring collateral syndrome.(2) The relationship between syndrome different of TCM and TNF-α,FFA with diabetes with heptic injury is clear.The two test may offer objective reference to syndrome differention of TCM of diabetes with heptic injury.(3) fatty liver is diabetes with heptic injury a important Complications,it is beneficial to observing the state of illness and therapy of TCM.(4) TG are also helpful to syndrome differention of TCM of diabetes with heptic injury which can serve as a reference index in microcome syndome differentiation of TCM in phlegm and stasis of blood obstructing collateral syndrome of diabetes with heptic injury.TCH can not serve as a reference index in microcome syndome differentiation of TCM.(5) ALT,ALP can not serve as a reference index in microcome syndome differentiation of TCM.(6)HbAlc is beneficial to observing the state of liiness and therapy of TCM.
