Jianpi Huatan Xifeng Dingjian Treatment Deficiency Phlegm Epilepsy To Explore The Theoretical And Clinical Research

Objective:To testify the therapeutic effect of DingJianFuJian pills and discuss the therapeutic theory of JianPiHuaTan and XiFengDing of epilepsy by clinical observeation of DingJianFuJian pill to epilepsy of PiXuTanZhuo type. And we hope that can give us some evidence and will be advantaged to extensive application of clinical. Methods: 60 epilepsy patients which were congruous our criterions were randomly divided into two groups.The first group which contained 30 patients was treated by DingJian-FuJian pills as treatment groups.Another 30 patients were treated by Carbamazepine as standard groups.We used the two medicine to treat differernt group in 6 months. Observeions were given to know the changes of consciousness hindrance is existed or not and the time of continuance,the degree and time of entasia, electroencephalogram, requency.Results:1.The treatment group indicats DingJianFuJian pills have effect to 80% patients,and the Carbamazepine group is 63.33%.The effect have prominent difference.2.Two groups both have changes of therapeutic percent,but there are prominent difference(P<0.05). So we can know DingJianFuJian pills is best relativing to Carbamazepine.Conclusions:1.DingJianFuJian pills is effective in improve generant frequency, extent, symptoms,living level. 2. The research proved the method is correct and feasible by JianPi HuaTan to epilepsy patients.
