| Objective: To investigate the hemostasis of Buyuan Tongluo Tang in treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis type bone metastasis from lung cancer and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 40 cases of bone metastasis from lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups, one group of 20 cases, to consolidate Buyuan Tongluo recipe plus receiving intravenous infusion of zoledronic acid, the control group of 20 cases, to receive intravenous infusion of zoledronic acid alone. Before and after treatment were observed in patients with the clinical symptoms, quality of life, as changes in the peripheral blood toxicity and the emergence of the situation. Results: The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can significantly improve symptoms, improve quality of life, reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, reducing infection rates, effective than chemotherapy alone group. Conclusion:Integrated Treatment of bone metastasis from lung cancer have a more pronounced clinical effect, but the result of the short time period for survival, awaiting further observation research. |
