| Objective: Discuss the relativity between Lung's function of controlling dispersing outwards and inwards and pulmonary system disease;Select Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD) as a research point to investigate the proportion of deviation from dispersing functions of lung, observe the effect of dispersing ability of lung Qi in the treatment of COPD.Methods: 1.Clinical investigation: Collected 274 patients of COPD. All the patients were analyzed the proportion of deviation from lung's functions of dispersing outwards and inwards. 2.Clinical trial:All the patients were divided into two groups which were combined Chinese and western medicine group(group A) and single western medicine group (group B). 10 days is a period of treatment. The changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory index in all the patients were observed before and after treatment. Results: 1.Clinical investigation: in the data of 274 patients, 254 patients (92.70%) belong to deviation from deviation from lung's functions of dispersing outwards and inwards. 2.Clinical trial:The clinical effect of group A is superior to that of group B.Group A is more effective in improving clinical symptoms and signs of the patients of COPD.Conclusion: The main pathogenesis of pulmonary system disease is deviation from lung controlling dispersing outwards and inwards. It is indicated that deviation from dispersing and descending functions of lung plays an important role in syndrome differentiation of COPD. The method of dispersing and descending lung Qi has obvious effect in treating COPD. |
